The browse feature is for you to explore our records by going through related collections, themes, and places. If you wish to explore the collection at random you can also View all objects. Our filters will be on the side for you to refine your search.
The simple search feature allows you to directly look for a specific theme, place or object in our collection. You can type in possible keywords such as : Nizamuddin, Cat, Qutub, Women to search our entire database for related material. The search button is present in the right corner of the top bar.

The map displays objects from our collections by pinning them either to the places photographed or to a related place. You can refine the objects that are pinned on the map by using the Filters on the right.
India Foundation for the Arts fellow Koyna Tomar and the Delhi Visual Archive Team of Centre for Community Knowledge have curated featured galleries which highlight specific stories or events in our collections.
