Kite-making, another dying craft, is often undertaken in home-set workshops. Weeks leading up to Independence day especially saw selling of kites across the city. Historically too kite-flying as a sport was used during the Independence movement as a tool of creative resistance with many flying 'Simon go Back' kites in 1927.Keyword:
