Happy School notably known for being the first co-ed school of Delhi was established in the year 1933 by Shri Padam Chand with merely seven students in Chooriwalan. The school expanded in terms of number of students and teachings offered and was shifted to Daryaganj in the year 1953. Here students can be seen standing on windows and parapet of the school building to pose for a group photograph.
