National Bal Bhavan was established in 1956 by Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru to encourage and inspire children in the feild of science and technology.The mini train at Khel Gaon Station ( a model railway station) was orginally gifted by Jawaharlal Nehru to the centre in 1958. The train is one of the major attraction of Bal Bhavan. Conttributor Narain Prasad's children, Pankaj and Mini at the station.
