Description
Mumtaz Ahmed(extreme right) and his friends are posing with a water snake that Mumtaz caught in the river Yamuna. During their college days, they often used to swim in the Yamuna & in Agra Canal and spend time at the PSC Canteen situated at Okhla Head. The canteen, active till 1986, was known to be a popular hangout place for swimmers and for visitors, and served snacks and beverages. Faheem (in the middle with the snake around his neck), a friend of Mumtaz, is a school teacher in Trilokpuri at present.
