The Delhi Society for the Welfare of Special Children was founded by Mrs. Adrienne Jackson and Mr. Peter Jackson for their son David with Downs' Syndrome and other children with special needs. L-R: Mrs. Gunther Dean, wife of the German Ambassador, Mrs. Afzal Friese, the first Principal of the Centre (Photographer's wife) who played an active role in helping the Jackson's setup the society. Probably Mrs. Karan Singh in the background and Malti Bewu, wife of Chief of Army Staff.
