Goss Soto, Mexican journalist and exchange student at Miranda hosue, was invited by the Indian government to participate in a Pagent of Indian dresses organised for the delegates of UNESCO's meeting in 1952. Gossi recalls the parade the dress she wore for the parade, "I wore one of the most lovely costumes It was the dress of the maharaní of Bharathpur 300 years old, today it most be 400 hundred years old The beautiful skirt had 47 meters, yes 47, all beautifully embroided in pure gold and a long cloak of the same material and all embrorided in gold.".
