Description
Lala Sahai Ram (who started Aneja Restaurant at Nizamuddin East Market), famed for his khoye ki mithai (milk sweets) displays his spread. His tea counter was moved to Bharat Drycleaners next door (now called Rajouria Drycleaners).

L-R: Lala Fakir Chand, Lala Sahai Ram, Unkown, Dhanni, Unkown, Unkown, Amar, Unkown, Lala Khairati Lal (Lala Sahai Ram's son), Babu Lal, Satplal, Ramlal with Baby Usha, Jagdish Arora. As remebered by Pran Nath Rajouria who recalls spending the night before ironing clothes while this entire team worked to get their sweets ready.
